I release The Yoga Loft and Bellydance & Beyond Studios, its owners, teachers, employees, and agents, and hold them from any and all liability arising out of any personal injuries or damages, fore- seeable or unforeseeable, which may occur as a result of my participation in any class, program or activity sponsored by The Yoga Loft, Bellydance & Beyond Studios, Anson Bingham Petersen and Angela McCaslin. I hereby declare myself physically and mentally sound and capable of participation in those activities, programs and classes. I understand that all sales are final. I understand all purchases are non-refundable. I understand that there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for Yoga Classes, Yoga Class Passes, Yoga Class Memberships, Yoga Workshop Passes, clothing and all apparel.

Private Yoga Classes

Private yoga classes are personalized holistic methods designed to help you meet your goals and reach new levels of health and wellness. This might include asana, pranayama, and meditation to help strengthen your mental and physical capacity.

Private yoga instruction can help you reduce stress and anxiety, improve balance and coordination, increase flexibility and strength, improve breathing and self-awareness.

All Levels Yoga

 Class Focus - Meditation, Breathing, Balance, Flexibility, Strength

All Levels Yoga is a yoga practice that combines the teachings of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga with traditional yogic philosophy and meditation. This class includes meditation, pranayama breathing exercises, warm-up exercises, Surya Namaskar (sun salutation), classical and modern yoga poses with deep relaxation. This class focuses on calming the mind, proper breathing, physical alignment, balance, flexibility, strength, and deep relaxation.

Corporate yoga classes and corporate wellness programs are personalized holistic methods designed to help each unique office and workplace increase physical stamina, reduce stress-related illness, and optimize mental clarity. Corporate yoga classes create healthy bodies and minds to help increase productivity, lower healthcare costs, improve performance, efficiency, and attitude.

 

Donation-Based Yoga

The Yoga Loft provides donation-based classes to educate our community and assist in improving health and wellness through the practice of yoga and meditation. We believe that physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing are the foundations of a healthy community. Donation-based classes at The Titusville Yoga Loft means pay what you can afford or what is in your heart.

Yoga in the Park

CLASS LEVEL - ALL LEVELS (BEGINNER-FRIENDLY)

CLASS FOCUS - RELAX, BREATHE AND STRETCH

Sunday Donation Titusville Yoga in the Park is a donation-based all levels and all ages yoga practice sponsored by Anson & Angela Yoga to improve health and wellness in the Titusville community. Titusville Yoga in the Park is at Sand Point Park every Sunday at 10:AM by the large pavilion by the Indian River.

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you may need for your yoga practice. A $5 donation is requested but not required to help support our yoga teachers and special events.
