All Levels Yoga

CLASS LEVEL - ALL LEVELS

 Class Focus - Meditation, Breathing, Balance, Flexibility, Strength

All Levels Yoga is a yoga practice that combines the teachings of Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga with traditional yogic philosophy and meditation. This class includes meditation, pranayama breathing exercises, warm-up exercises, surya namaskar (sun salutation), classical and modern yoga poses with deep relaxation. This class focuses on calming the mind, proper breathing, physical alignment, balance, flexibility, strength and deep relaxation.


All Levels Gentle Yoga    

CLASS LEVEL - BEGINNER

Class Focus - Balance, Focus, Flexibility

Gentle Yoga is a slower pace yoga practice with a focus on building a strong foundation of yoga postures and breathing techniques. This practice flows through a series of foundational yoga poses with an emphasis on proper alignment of the body for safe movement. This class is ideal for beginners looking to learn the basics that require slower, gentler movement.

Class Focus - Flexibility, Balance, Strength, Breathing

Breathe & Stretch is an all-levels gentle fitness and wellness class with breathing exercises and gentle movements. This class is designed to improve fitness levels and rebalance the body by using exercises and fitness techniques to increase flexibility and mobility, strengthen bones and joints, improve posture and range of motion, improve balance and coordination, and release tension in the body.

Hatha Yoga refers to a set of physical exercises known as yoga poses called asanas. A Hatha Yoga practice includes a sequences of asanas designed to calm the mind and reduces stress, align your muscles and bones, increases flexibility of the spine, strengthen bones and stimulate the circulatory and immune systems. 

Hatha Yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. This practice offers a powerful tool for self-transformation and asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment. This yoga practice is for all levels, beginners and experienced Yogis.

By definition, hatha can translate as forceful, or as a compound of Ha, which means sun and Tha, which means moon. Traditionally this word implies the joining of the opposing forces of body and mind.

Global Yoga Beats specializes in yoga with World Music and Deep Tribal Dance Music incorporating ancient rhythms from around the world.

Please do not leave after savasana (resting pose) begins, to avoid disturbing other students.
